In every city you enter, you find inhabited ruins. You hide in them when you need shelter. You search them for food, clothing or valuable stuff. You sometimes make business there and often you just rest. Ruins are your whole world. You are a scavanger.
Scavengers contains 50 new cards - for use with 51st State: Master Set. The Scavengers expansion introduces new abilities for cards, including the possibility of drawing upper card from discard pile or building ruins and develop your state on top of them.
