Monsters are on the loose!

Werewolves Night of the Vampires and Monster Inn are released by Pegasus Spiele

Friedberg, September 28, 2022: Not all monsters are the same. In the two new games from Pegasus Spiele they appear in different forms: As vampires in Werewolves Night of the Vampires. Or as fighting tavern monsters in Monster Inn. Both new releases will be released at SPIEL'22 and will be available at the Pegasus Spiele booth 3-M110.

Everyone knows that good staff is the be-all and end-all! This is also true in Roman Pelek's new card game, Monster Inn. As dungeon masters, players visit the local tavern to hire new monster staff for their dungeon. However, there are also humans hanging around the establishment and nobody really wants them in their dungeon. What is needed, on the other hand, are monsters with fighting skills. In this bidding competition, players can pass - but then in return they get the weakest monster or - even worse - a human! However, then they’ll at least get their opponent’s treasures, who paid for not having to take this character into their dungeon. Monster Inn is a fast-paced, tactical family game for three to five dungeon lords-and ladies-aged eight and up.

Werewolves Night of the Vampires picks up from the well-known Werewolves series. The game principle remains the same - only this time, instead of werewolves, there are vampires in the game, who bite one human per night. As usual, on the day after it can be discussed who is the culprit. Then a vote is taken and a suspicious person can be lynched. As usual in the Werewolves series, special abilities of characters are of great importance. To fit the theme, characters like the insomniac or the investigator are included. Werewolves Night of the Vampires can be played independently with six to 24 players aged ten and up. The game can also be combined with the Werewolves New Edition for playing with up to 48 people in three teams.
