Johanna Sadkovich named new Sales and Marketing Executive
Johanna Sadkovich has joined the Pegasus Spiele Team as Sales and Marketing Executive. Johanna will develop marketing and sales strategies focusing primarily on the North American market and will promote optimal international customer-service relationships. She will work closely with clients by presenting new games and service offerings, and will represent Pegasus Spiele at major domestic trade shows.
“I am excited to be able to really fine-tune our approach for North America on a broad scale, keying into domestic market trends, strengthening relationships with our distributors and retailers, and engaging consumers through targeted social media content.” Johanna Sadkovich said. “Helping the company toward substantive growth in a new market is both motivating and a little intimidating, I look forward to seeing what we’re able to accomplish together in 2020!”
Prior to joining Pegasus Spiele in February, Johanna was the International Sales Manager for Asmodee North America in Roseville, MN, where she was responsible for the international distribution of English language titles from studios like Fantasy Flight Games, Z-Man Games, and Catan Studios. Johanna entered the games industry in 2007 when she joined the team at Fantasy Flight Games as a Production Coordinator, working up to a supervisory role before transitioning into Sales. She has a diverse background traversing the spectrum of sales, customer service, marketing, and graphic design.
Johanna Sadkovich shares her home in St. Paul, MN with her husband, 18-month-old daughter, and two cats. She credits her husband with kickstarting her career in gaming after he discovered a job posting on Fantasy Flight Games’ website while engaged in some clandestine late-night game shopping. Their shared interest has resulted in them filling every spare shelf, drawer, and cupboard in their century-old house with all variety of games, from Conan and Mythic Battles to Twilight Imperium and War of the Ring.
