Pegasus Spiele has appointed Tim Huckelbery its new US Studio Editor and Talisman Brand Manager
Tim will be leading localization work for Pegasus Spiele’s English-language products while managing the company’s roleplaying line and game support programs in North America. He will also be overseeing the Talisman brand for the company, including board games, card games, roleplaying games, and more.
“I’m thrilled to join the Pegasus Spiele team,” Tim said. “It’s filled with great people and it will be fun to again work with Johanna Sadkovich in our new US office. We have a lot of wonderful games in our catalog with even more in the pipeline, and I’m excited to expand our presence in America. I especially anticipate growing the Talisman brand as the board game is one of my all-time favorites. I love Ian Lemke’s great new Talisman Adventures roleplay game with the 3D6 system he created and am eager to see it used with other settings!”
Prior to joining Pegasus Spiele, Tim was a Senior Roleplay Game Producer at Fantasy Flight Games in Roseville, MN where he worked on Dark Heresy, Star Wars Roleplay, The Extraordinary Adventures of Baron Munchausen, and Genesys. Prior to that, he was the Games Brand Manager at Diamond Comics Distributors and spent over a dozen years with Games Workshop.
Tim lives in Little Canada, MN and has been a gaming enthusiast for a very long time. He’s spent several decades in the industry dating back to running demos of Space Hulk and Talisman. He also served in Air Force Space Command and ran the MIT Science Fiction Society. And yes, he says, sometimes it really is rocket science.
